Roster Tool

New for '07-'08

There is now a printer icon at the top of the Roster tool which will open a printable version of the current view in a new window.

The Roster tool allows you to view and print an up-to-date roster of all the members of your site.

New for '07-'08

There is now an Export CSV button which will allow you to save the current roster view as a CSV format spreadsheet on your computer.

The default view of the Roster tool shows a list of all the members of your site. At the top, you can click on Show/Hide Official Photo IDs or Pictures to show those pictures in the list next to each user. You can click on the printer icon to open a printable version of the current roster view in a new window.

New for '07-'08

There is no longer a profile column on the roster. To see a member's profile, click on their name.

The View selection box allows you to choose which members to show in the roster. You can choose No Sections or Groups, which shows all members; All Sections or Groups, which shows all members and includes a column listing all sections and groups to which each member belongs; or a specific section or group, which will show only members from that section or group. You can sort the list by clicking on any column header. You can click on the name of any member to go to their OWL-Space profile. You can press the Export CSV button to save a copy of the current roster view as a CSV format spreadsheet on your computer.
