A number of OWL-Space training classes have been scheduled. Space is limited, please RSVP by emailing adehart@rice.edu.

All classes will be held in Symonds I (Sewall Hall Rm 207).

Basic Training Session

Just getting started with OWL-Space? This session will discuss what OWL-Space offers, what tools are available, and more. Come find out more about how OWL-Space can help you.

Advanced Training Session

Interested in doing more with your OWL-Space course sites? This session will cover topics such as using Groups to share information with a subset of students, collecting feedback from your students, making a more interactive course site, allowing students to share information online, and more. Prior experience with OWL-Space is assumed.

What's New?

Already familiar with OWL-Space and want to learn about the new features added during the summer upgrade? This session will cover changes in the Gradebook and Tests & Quizzes and will discuss a new tool that was developed by the Rice Cain Project.
